/ 03 — Featured Project
IAM Robotics had a 10-person team, a couple of shared credit cards, and an Excel spreadsheet for its entire supply chain. When the company received Series A funding and aimed to scale to 100 employees, Brad stepped in to architect the entire operations backbone — alone.
Three months later, what started as a garage band of engineers became a 55-person full-scale company with a working ERP/MRP backbone — and later received Series B funding, tripling in size.
